Bunch of CEL codes after a car wash! WTF?!?!?!
So this morning I washed my car and rinsed the engine with plain hose water like I always do at every wash, then I turned it on for like 5mins to dry the engine just for the heck of it and turned it off. A couple hrs later I turned it back on and it was sputtering, it had never done that and it even turned off. So I left it. I just put the scanner to it and gave me 5 new codes.

misfires.... and catalyst below threshold.
but in the future pls post the description of it as not everyone memorises these. My bet is you got too much water around the distributor and or plug wires in the future avoid drenching the bay in water. clear the codes let it dry a but take the cap off and let things air dry in there. Then see how it runs btw all those codes should have a 0 infront of them.

Remove the distributor cap and inspect for water. clean and dry it out, and reinstall. Do the same with your spark plugs and wires. Reset your ECU, start the car, and see if the problem persists.
Just replaced the plugs and wireset and codes were gone, at least so far so good. Lets just hope she dont leave me stranded tomorrow morning on my way to work @ 5am
