What do I need to tune my ecu?
So I have a few parts laying around and I happen to have a chipped ecu and a obd2-obd1 jumper harness and I wanted to put it on my 97 civic (d16y7) and put 2-step on it and such... So my question is what all would I need to do so like cables to plug to my laptop and such
