Default 92' civic 1.6 d16z6 "Starting Probs, And Loses Mass power when inclining"

So It starts great and just fine as a cold turkey' But when its warmed up and been driven awhile it seems to need a pump or two on the gas to start which is bazaar since its fuel injected, Another issue I tend to have is whenever I incline i lose massive power not just a lil like normal lol' Its rough going over the pass to Eastern Washington and having to stay in 3rd gear to steadily go 40MPH and watching a pento speed by u and your getting laughed at lol'... car gets roughly 200miles on a full tank which is unreal also...

This car is old but just got broke in has 160k miles on it, ive done tune up, oil change, tps had to be replaced also, now im not exactly car smart on this so was hoping some1 could take the time to help and save me $100 on a Diagnostics. opinions or past issues with this problem I would really be greatly apprecaited' for some advice'

i really doubt you have a fuel issue, given your gas mileage sucks so badly. test pressure at the rail, but i seriously doubt it. OP- any other symptoms? does it sputter, miss, etc? has it ever failed to start when warm or died?

scan for codes anyway. You could have stored codes. If the car is old, or you've never scanned for codes, reset the ecu by unplugging the battery for 5 minutes or so, and then drive for a few days and see which codes pop up

ALWAYS pull codes BEFORE resetting the ECU. Period.

OP, you said you replaced the TPS, but did you calibrate it? Have you done a compression test?

Also click the codes link in my signature. There's no need to pay a diagnostic fee to pull the CEL codes.

Don't know why you would be after wire cutters, a simple paperclip will do the job just fine. And what does an old PC have to do with pulling codes?

compression test the motor
160k on a motor no matter if you think it is just broke in still has 160k.
