Default 92 si d16z6 won't hold idle or drive

Hello my names dalton.
I own a civic si 92 with d16z6
i bought it last week and it drove 3 hours or so with zero issues other than a **** clutch.
i made it home and drove it again the next day.
the third day of owning the car it started sputtering while driving and bogging down a bit.l and died on the side of the road. It started back up and eventually made it home but it was having trouble. It would hesitate while giving throttle.
its now been almost a week and i have replaced the fuel pump fuel filter and spark plugs.
the wires are all getting spark. The fuel pump is getting power. I've cleaned the iacv. I've changed the main relay out. There's a lot of these type of posts here so sorry if I'm repeating. I've been reading for 3 days and the threads always say the same ****.
Ive also check the G101 ground and all 4 wires are tight.
I have no idea where to even start anymore. She sounds healthy but wont work as a whole. Helppp

Check the timing. The timing belt skipping a tooth will cause a sudden, permanent (that is, not intermittent) decrease in performance.
