Is it a fuse?!
Hi there,
Recently my mate and I tried to put a head unit in my 1990 honda civic, and unfortunately we think we may have blown a fuse.. But not too sure, hence why I am here!
The clock, cigarette lighter, internal light and the power to the radio won't work. Does anybody know how to help me out here? Is it the fuse, or something bigger? And if it is the fuse, does anyone know which one it is?
Needing help, as going on a road trip soon so have to get these sounds in my car!
Cheers,
Thomas

Your fuse box is behind a removal panel on the driver side under the dash. The back of the panel has a diagram of which fuse goes to what. Pull the fuse and hold it up to the light. If it looks melted or burnt in the middle, it's toast. Replace the bad fuse with another good fuse if the same amperage.
If you keep blowing the same fuse, you'll have to figure out why it keeps blowing and fix that issue.

You dont need to pull the fuses out of there slots, each fuse has 2 metal squares on its top you can probe with a multimeter (meter set to continuity). Touch both squares of each fuse, if the meter beeps, fuse is good, doesnt beep, fuse is bad
Sounds like a fuse for sure though
