Default need some help d16z6 head d16y8 block

ok so ive searched for days and haven't been able to figure out what im looking for

ok so heres the run down
ive got 2 whole motors
a d16z6 and a d16y8
the z6 has a big *** hole in the block so I got the y8 for the block
I want to run the z6 head on the y8 block
I kno the compression will be bumped up and all that
I kno I need the 9 y8 head bolts and the one z6 bolt use the z6 timing belt
ive got a aem adjustable timing gear to offset the half a tooth difference
its goin in a ef chassis that's already been swapped to a z6 so my real question is can I run the same harness with the new setup ive heard I would need a different harness if I run the y8 head but where its already set up for the z6 are there any diffences in the harness that connects to **** on the block of a y8 compared to the z6 block any answers will be greatly appreciated as I need to get this thing goin again asap

I'm pretty sure that you'll be able to use the same wiring harness. i did a d16y7 block with a z6 head and i was able to use my d15b7 harness.
