After I let it sit all day after work got in started up and drove fine seems to be idling right now I do have another issue though after driving awhile at like 50 and above when I come to a stop it makes a whiny almost whistle sound when decelerating it does it a lot but not every time I stop I cannot pin point the sound

Might as well check ignition timing, for vacuum leaks, and the TPS.

When you say you were revving it, and showing off, do you mean like a real Honda owner bouncing off the limiter, etc?

vacuum line may have came loose or may be faulty. or maybe IACV could be intermitting. my LS-V did that before, it would idle smooth, then when i gun it, it would idle funny lol. then after a bit it would be normal again.

Naw, hitting the limiter is like seat belts in a crash.

Don't hit it all the time, but in theory the limiter is there to PREVENT damage to the engine. So a few bounces now and then to show the ladies what you're rollin' won't hurt anything.

Ok thanks I'm not Rollin much but I'm still proud to be rolling a honda I have plans to build it up a lot more than it is but for now I'm gonna try to get everything on it squared off I just rolled 200k so I need to replace the timing belt right? Also will that improve any performance?

None whatsoever. Will stop your heart from breaking though if the old belt snaps and fubars the motor.
