freaking wagon man...
Running into problem after problem with my 4wd wagon...
Finally got it running, fixed the coolant problem, and when test driving it... my oil light came on. Checked my oil and it was dry, it leaked all the 5 qts. I put a quart more to see where it leaked... and it was leaking all over the place under the tranny... like underneath the passenger side, next to the oil pan... it was leaking it pretty fast...
What does it need now? I did replace both cv axles like 3 months ago...

If it is engine oil, sorry don't know if a 4wd wagon is automatic and has a sensor for the ATF, and it's coming from the tranny, the oil seal behind the flywheel is badly worn.
Please check above the tranny around the head. If I'm not mistaking there is a oil return channel in the head gasket behind the ignition (when you stand in front of your engine). It also could be leaking there. And when it does, it goes quick. If it's the case, your head gasket has to be replaced.
There are other places around that spot where it can leak oil. For an example the o-ring of your ignition. Remember, oil always flows down, not up. Or it's thrown around by something spinning, then it does....
If it's transmission oil then it's probably the seals in the tranny at the driveshaft entry points.
In any case, trace the oil from the lowest point to the highest point to see where it comes from.
Hope this helps.

Its 6 speed manual. I filled up the tranny when i changed my cv axles with 10w30, so i cant really tell if its tranny leak or oil pan leak. My car hasnt been driven in months, so im wondering if the oil pan gasket can go bad if the car just sits there.
I had one of those cars loved it but you said that you're engine oil was down when you checked it and if I'm not mistaken your oil light won't come on for your trans being low on oil it will just start to make a lot of noise so l would say like the man above said start low and follow the trail upward good luck I hope ya find it.
This sounds right to me. Rear main seal is what I have my money on. Sounds like the symptoms from what I've seen in the past. I've never been there in person, but I've read about it previously.

It's like SUPER important. That's the best OG BAMF write up I could find.
Could it also be the oil pickup nd screen, like maybe the screen got clogged or the tube is messed up? Causing oil leak/ oil starvation... cuz when i did a mini, mu camshaft got messed up because lack of oil due to not enough oil circulating in the head...
