This is a video of what it's doing. I have no idea. at the end, you see it idle for a second, but if I were to have give it gas, it would have bogged down and died. Once she's warm tho, she runs fine. But at cold start, every time.........This crap.


please take the time to look at the video. It's less than 1 minute. I'd really like to get this problem fixed. I just have no where or any other idea where to start.

 

seeing as it would run with your foot on the gas perhaps you fitv is not functioning. I would say you have spark and fuel. next would be to check air control components.
also make sure your egr valve hasn't developed a leak.

 

I don't have an egr. I was told it a an "egr delete"?

and I want to clean the IACV and FITV to stop the weird idle and sputtering at idle. just can't find time to do it right now. will that fix this cold start issue too?

 

test engine coolant temp sensor across the two pins for ohms .. should be 2000-2500 ohms when engine completely cold and 180-250 warmed up

 

What will that do or solve? :/

 

it will test if its bad or not

 

if the ect sees that the motor is warm when its not, it will send a false reading to the other sensors and ecu that rely on the ects info for correct idle at startup.
