I know, I should have gotten power windows, but hey, money isnt growing anywhere here. My problem is, both my windows are a supreme bitch to open or close, anyone got any good ideas, My wife gets pissed whenever she needs to roll down the window.Do I need to remove them , clean em out and grease them?? its a 96 4 door.

 

I thought those hand-crank windows are bullet proof..
why how take it apart and see what's inside.
clean the dust and oil all the rail.
I heard there some kind of aftermarket power window conversion...

 

Well, they work fine, just really stiff to operate, I wonder how hard it would be to take the rails out so I could clean them in the solvent tank. then regrease them.

 

you dont even need to take it apart.
just open the white weather plastic film.
and it will explain itself..
