93 Accord Auto shifting rough
If the mounts are torn, broken, or the rear mount may have a faulty solenoid or may be leaking fluid. Check the front dogbone shaped mount. It is a limiter, if the rubber is torn or cracking the mount will no longer be able to prevent excessive engine movement. The rear mount if it no longer functions correctly will allow too much movement and not enough dampening. This is usually accompanied by a large clunk or hard shifting with a thump, most noticeable when cold and switching from R to D4.
The motor mounts look Ok to me. I attached a picture but not sure if I did it correctly.
When cleaning up after my mechanic changed the fluid I see he only used 2.5 quarts. I called him and he said that was all it would hold. He said he had it jacked up from the front to get it all out. Is that good? I checked the level today and it is full. I see where it should take 3.8 quarts.

You will need to look at the side where those washers are to make sure the rubber is not broken/torn.
With the nose up the fluid can drain back towards the differential area.
I usually just stick a pan under the car and remove the bolt without jacking the car up. There is plenty of room, unless your car is lowered.
