Bizarre problem. Dome light has three way switch. Off, On, and a setting that places the light on at entry, then dims automatically as the doors close. All three work correctly with only this exception. When switch is on "automatic" setting, after correctly functioning at car entry, the light intermittently (and annoyingly) comes ON while driving, and stays on until set back to OFF position. I've replaced the bulb to no avail. Anybody have an idea what is going on? Thanks for reading!

 

sometimes the switch gets corroded ... pop off the cover and take a look ... use a screwdriver to scrape off the corrosion if necessary
