Default Hard to shift

1993 Acura Integra LS 5spd 180k miles. Oldie but still a goodie. I'm getting ready replace all kinds of suspension components and thought to address the issue of hard shifting. Doesn't happen all of the time, probably more in the morning when it's cold or at stop lights. No scratching into gears when engaged. Is this a fault of the transmission or clutch?

If clutch, what's a good brand to go with outside of Exedy Pro kit (OEM)? I've used it before and never got used to the really soft pedal feel. Is it okay to use a new clutch disk with the used pressure plate?

Thanks.
