There are no problems i have noticed when its running other than a same wistle on start up...

To get rid of CEL's, I usually start by fixing the problem.

Pretty bad. "Anyone?" in reference to a non-question listing your engine codes with no context or description doesn't prompt thoughtful responses. Additionally, you should probably offer context of the things you've already done to try to resolve the issues on your own.

Go on google and figure out what gave other people with the same car, the same issues you've had. For a car that's been out 14 years, I'm sure you're not the first to experience those problems.

 

Taking the bulb out of the cluster works well, and only requires 1 activity that gets rid of all of them.
