My daughter got her 98 civic dx hot last week. Let it cool, got it home. Put water in it found water pump leaking. Tore down changed pump, put back together. Timing must be off because wouldn't start. Took back apart now cam sprocket is very tight & bound. Not free like it was before. Any ideas?
