Default 215/?/16 on 8" wide wheel

I have some xxr 521's they are 16x8 20 offset I would like to run on my four door eg8, I was looking at 205/45/16's but would like to eventually run some autox on the weekends. I know that the 205 is not much of a stretch but I would rather run a 215 being that it is the correct size. what series sidewall would I need to run to get them to clear? if they will even clear? ill be rolling my fenders and will have a camber kit I just do not want to run a crap load of camber. the car is not low its on ground controls and koni yellows with around one finger gap all the way around. thanks for your suggestions

I don't know if this would be any help for you but I have 16x8 +20mm offset with 205/40/16 tires and they only rub in the rear, but thats just because im pretty low to the ground and i didnt do a very good job at rolling my rear fenders at the time. even then though, its not bad at all. it only rubs when i hit a major bump on the highway.

i have about -3 degrees of camber all around as well.

here are some pictures for reference

For what you are wanting, im sure you would be fine with anything as long as you roll your fenders and have a camber kit.

Trade your XXRs for 7" wide rotas in a normal offset and run real tires.
