So just put an attarco sohc zc on my 89 crx and it cranks but wnt turnover.it has full tune up,new cap n rotor,its getting sparks and gas.everything is plugged in good.where it should be .busting my brain.any help would be appreciated.oh timing is good as well.

Leak down test is also good.

It cranks but won't turn over. So you hear the starter going and the crank pulley isn't turning? Is that what that means? Those words are usually synonyms in my head so I'm just trying to understand the issue.

Check your grounds too. Always good to throw that out there. Thermostat housing, valve cover, transmission. Do you have any CELs while cranking?

 

SO your starter clicks but engine doesnt turn over??? If thats the case check your grounds
