Default Are b series gears changeable within different tranny cases?

Is it possible to put gsr tranny gears into a ls tranny case? I'm fairly new at transmissions and have a gsr tranny with a bad case and an ls tranny with a good case. Thanks

Cases are the same. You will need to properly check shim clearances on the mainhsfta and diff., if the GSR diff uses tapered bearings you'll either have to convert thos to ball bearings or move the spacers to new case and shim accordingly.
