Icon2 Fuel pump

My 88 crx is only getting 9 volts to the main relay and the fuel pump is not turning on. I have replaced the main relay and still nothing.

Remove relay. Looking at connector with 3 wires on top, 4 on the bottom, use a short jumper wire between term 1 yel/blk [bot. right] and term 3 blk/yel [bot second from right] pump should run constant. Check fuses 34 haz, 37 ECU, 14 alt, 2 starter. Check for good ground on blk wire at engine thermostat housing. Remove storage comp behind seats for access to pump/fuel level connector. Reconnect relay. Connect tester to fuel pump wires. Turn ign on. Tester should show volts for 2 sec. If yes but pump not running, pump is bad. Drop tank to replace.
