Icon2 all cylinder misfires + crank pos. sensor codes thrown

Having a puzzling issue on my 2000 Civic LX. Recently took it on a long trip, around ~400 highway miles, on the return route it threw all four misfire codes plus the crank position sensor codes. I wasn't expecting this at all considering I did not really notice any difference in the way the car was driving. Didn't really notice any hesitation, stalling, accelleration trouble or anything like that.
Codes were:
P1336
P0301,P0302,P0303,P0304.

I'm currently driving the car for the time being and wondering if this could further hurt the car. Hope to take a look at it this weekend. I don't want to just throw a new coil pack, wires and plugs at it if that isn't the problem. It could end up being maybe the distributor or crank sensor or something else ? I figured I would ask the experts here first and see if it is a common issue.

Thanks in advance.

The harness for the CKF may have come out of its holder. This could allow the altenator belt to rub through it. With the codes thrown and no noticeable miss fire I would look there first.
