Default How to shave motor mount inserts

Does anyone know what tool to use to shave down mount inserts so they can fit in a smaller mount? I wanna replace my 70A ESP mount inserts with softer 62A ones from HASport but I read that they are a little bit larger in diameter.
I need to know what exact tool would perfectly and easily be able to reduce the diameter.

These are the inserts I got:

I'm thinkin carbide burr but that seems like a lot of work.

I can't wait to put these things in though. My wagon has been vibrating itself apart, the headliner itself is falling down and it makes this rattling noise in the back as it hits the metal roof.

The carbide burr does seem like a viable option, or perhaps there is a specialist out there (a professional) who can do it. A machine shop maybe?

Just asking what would be the easiest way to go about this. Anyone with a clue please let me know.

tnks.
