Three issues - headlights dimm, ac not engaging, radiator fans not working
2003 Accord EX-L - 4cyl/Auto - 100K miles
History - I've had this car for 1 year. 4 months ago I replaced the Starter
About a month ago I began to notice the headlights dimm when I release the gas pedal.
A few days ago I wanted some AC only to find it blowing regular temperature air.
Looked under the hood and noticed both radiator fans where not working.
From what I've gathered first issue may need a complete under hood fuse panel
Second and third issues may be related. AC compressor is not kicking on. I also tried putting direct power to the fans and nothing.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

2nd first... take it to an authorized and train AC mechanic to get your system analyzed. you could have a leak in an o ring you would be nearly impossible for you to self diagnose unless you just wanted to go ahead and change out all your o rings and hope you don't have a hole in your evap.
1st second... the lights are not dimming, they are going from a circuit where they are actually Brighter, and then back to the normal circuit.

Update. Radiator fans do indeed still work, it was just too cold outside last week.
MSchu. If I can't trouble shoot it myself, it will indeed go to an authorized mechanic, just don't want to jump the gun when it could be something simple/ridiculous.
