So I have a 94 honda civic Del Sol and my heat/ac fans inside the car will not spin. I replaced the blower motor and the resistor and still no luck. I tested the wires that attach to the blower motor and the positive does not get any power. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful! I read online something about the accessory power relay? Thank you in advanced.
