I need urgent help on this.
I noticed that my car delays in selecting gear after driving for few minutes.This persist for a week and I took the car to a mechanical.We changed the transmission oil but the problem still continues.We tried replacing the solenoid switch on the transmission but the problem still remains.I insist that the mechanic fix back the original solenoid switch removed and I took the car for a diagnostic test.The error code was P1773 and P1768,the solenoid switch was tested and to my surprise we discover that it was still OK.
The man that did the test conclude that we should change the brain box of the car.
Im so scared to do this.Can anyone help me with the possible solution.

In lieu of any actual testing,(which you seem to want)try changing the Main Relay......

 

where is the main relay located. Are you referring to the gear switch.

 

Check all your fuses, try looking at #6 under dash fuse. If it is blown it may cause similar problems.
