Just a quick question...
Is it safe to splice the hot wires from the condenser fan and compressor clutch since the fan will kick on at the same time anyway? Something is wrong with my switch so I was just wondering what I could do till I fix it...

 

What is wrong with the switch?

 

I have a bad connection in the hot wire from the relay to the fan motor somewhere. The relay is still working and the fan works when hooked up directly. I tested the live wire going into the main harness for the ac pump, drier and fan. There was no power going into the fan motor
