I've been searching for the right car for the right price for quite awhile now. Since I presume a large contingent of Type R's will be in Elkhart Lake later this year, it seems like a good chance to make a deal. I'm not necessarily looking for a specific year or color, and I don't really have a price range. My only real condition is NO RUST.

 

We have had a few for sale at previous Expos, so the odds are good.

 

I'd think so, but it would be nice to have some conversations started before the event!

 

As Jay noted, it is fairly common for sellers to bring their cars to ITR Expo. As the event gets closer you can focus in on them, but I would note that you are limiting your pool of prospects.

 

I realize it may be a small pool of sellers. I'm checking all the normal sources for classifieds, but I'm not ready to travel yet and most of them are not near me.

 

Sadly travel is a norm when purchasing one of these cars. Personally...
