Default Can a automatic wire harness be used for a manual transmission?

I have a b18b1 motor without the engine harness. I bought a automatic obd1 engine wire harness and was wondering if it will work on the motor since I have a manual transmission?

Technically yes. Depending on the year and model some plugs might need to be modified.
