Default crx build help

Hey I just bought a crx and it had a spun rod bearing but the thing is this motor has been stroked got srp pistons eagle rods all arp bolts n studs so I don't want to junk it out I need a new rod and crankshaft does any one no what crankshaft is most common for the stroked d16a6 I can't post pics yet but soon as I can they'll be on here

Probably a stock crank with your eagle rods. Have a machine shop check it, you might be able to have it ground down with oversize bearings. That's best case scenario.

If it has been stroked, then the crankshaft is not original. There are some weird D series OEM variations that lead to a "stroked" engine (http://www.hondatuningmagazine.com/t...renchin_d16a6/), but there are also a good bit of aftermarket options. The best way to tell is to have the machine shop measure it. After its done you can get a price on a new one (or a used on if it is an OEM part). Check to see if the machine shop can repair your crankshaft, and if they can and it is cheaper than getting new one, then just have them fix it. Make sure you can get the appropriate bearings to match whatever repair work they do.

You are right I done some measuring and its stock crank but it wore the crank down so bad theirs no fixin it I can get one on eBay for 190 Nippon racing crank thanks for the help man

They had the block notched for the eagle rods I'm assuming. Right? Cause everything thing else is looking okay. it did ware a groove in the Main cap holder I'll put the pics on here ASAP when this thing will let me. thanks guys for the help
