Default D15B - blown head gasket and top of cylinders chipped

I took apart my D15B because of a blown head gasket and noticed the top of the cylinders were chipped, can someone tell me how this can be fixed?

try a thicker than stock head gasket. I not an expert but that might be a less time consuming fix.

If you look close at the outside of the cylinder walls you will see chips at the edges, the inside of the cylinder is fine its not cracked but the chips worry me

how many miles does this engine have? maybe you should invest your time and money in a new block or just a whole new engine. Idk what your going for.

Holy.. I don't think I've ever seen it that bad before. Makes be think that the coolant was never changed. But a new block is definitely needed as others have suggested... Good luck man!
