auto to manual conversion

OK I have a 4dr eg that is automatic that has a bad block and I have a manual em2 shell. Can I use the parts from the em2 to convert the eg or do I need parts from another eg.

No, you need parts from a 92-00 Civic.

So I can't use like the pedal, shift linkage, shifter and stuff like that.
