91 civic dies and won't start, help!
Ok so I posted a thread a month ago about how my fuel pump wouldn't prime. Well turns out it was a bad ecu. Bought a new one and it fired right up. It is chipped and tuned with a d16y8 base map. One thing I noticed was it idles really high. Like 1700rpms. Even with the idle screw adjusted. Still it doesn't seem to be the big problem. But when I have the car running for a long period of time it will die on me and it won't start for about an hour. The fuel pump will prime every time I turn the key to the on position so I don't think it's getting hot and seizing up. Also I'm using a pump from a 98 civic because I thought it was best for the engine. The ignition coil is bran new. What else could it be???
Also it's not running any codes and it was doing this before my last ecu went out. I just don't want it to cause the new one to go out too. If that's possible idk
