94 accord h22 swap turning over but no starting
I have swapped a h22a obd1 into my wife's 94 accord. when I turn the key to the on position the fuel pump primes and check engine light comes on for about 3 seconds and shuts off like it should. however I am getting no spark at all I have replaced plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, coil, igniter, and tested all the sensors in the distributor everything is good but still no spark. I am getting no Check engine lights but the D4 is flashing code 14. I looked up a thread and it said to check brn/wht wire between ECU and TCM for continuity and its reads good. so is it a bad TCM and could that cause no spark at all?
I am a new member so I apologize if I am doing something wrong any help would be greatly appreciated

Check for power at the yellow/black wire going to the distributor connector with the ignition on. Also, check the ecu fuses. There's two in the engine bay fuse box and one in the cabin fuse box.
thanks for replying back..I've checked all ecu fuses and I have 12 volts to the black and yellow wire to the distributor I am stumped with this have any other suggestions?
Does the h22 or the previous engine have a crank sensor? No/improper signal from a crank sensor would cause no spark. Was this the same issue with the motor you pulled out?
I thought the crank sensor was in the distributor but i may be wrong.
the motor i pulled out of the car worked fine.
thanks i will try this site and see if i can find anything

also I have a obd1 p72 on the obd1 h22a. I was told this will work but will it?
or would it be better to run a p13 ecu on it?

ok thanks a lot. I will try a p13 on it
just wondering the p72 is not chipped but everything Is working with it except it isn't getting spark could it be that the p72 isn't telling it to throw out spark?
I have a chipped p28 in my civic I was just wondering if I was to try and put it in her car will I lose my tune if I unplug my p28 from my car?

The ecu has to be chipped and it needs at the very least an h22 basemap.
The software should be stored in the ecu. It shouldn't lose it.
techauto.awardspace.com you need to use that site and test your ignition system as to why you're not getting spark.
If you don't know how to use a multimeter to test have someone else do it.

The 5th gens have the main ground (G101) on the drivers end of the TB/plenum. Do a search on here (I know I have posted pic's several times) or google for a pic of the location.
