Depends a lot on the bushings (or spherical bearings) in them... OR if your stockers don't have any location to mount a sway bar and the aftermarket ones do that's an opportunity for an upgrade too.

theres nothing to be gained from shitty aftermarket arms.

just makes it easy to spot the dumb ricers on the road.

All these purple and green control arms you see are goofy trinkets for kids to buy. Who, for the most part, are really not truly interested in performance, but to look mad tite at the car shows.

Looks or not replacing the factory worn ones isn't a bad idea.

But do not cheap out on replacements.

Function 7's are top on my list for replacement lower control arms.

I love mine.

I have a 95' 4 door Integra so I have the swaybar mounts on the stock ones but was told people usually buy the aluminum ones more for the look and as they don't seem to be very expensive. My car will never see a track so I'm just wondering what bushing style is best for street use and still last a few seasons???

Most people I know replace them because of the looks, and the fact that the bolts and bushings are trashed when you go to remove them.

I prefer OE in instances like this, personal preference.

This is what I plan on doing. Stock Si. I do like the look of the shiney stuff. But it's just one more flag for your car to get jacked.

And literally do nothing with poly in those bushings

The only good thing about aftermarket LCA's is the sway bar options, but for out EF's we have good options without changing anything. Tanabe baby!!

X2 function 7=top replacement
I know I needed aftermarkets to mount my 24mm sway bar on my teg. Rubber bushings are always gonna be better than poly though. Most aftermarket if not all come with poly bushings. If your lookin for function and looks I would go with and aftermarket lca but do rubber bushings on them and get one with the sway bar option.
