Plasti-dip?
Hello, again!
In an effort to save some money, my friends and I came up with the idea of Plasti-dipping my car.
Here's what it looked like when I bought it:

I was only able to get the roof, trunk, front fenders and hood done before the snow started. And all that in only 3 cans is quite the accomplishment.
Here's what it currently looks like:

In a few weeks, when the warmer weather hits, I'll start posting pictures.
I'm very happy with how it's turning out, it almost feels "sticky", dirt loves to cling to it. It is a bit difficult to keep up.
Outside of that, it is actually kinda fun. I really do like the flat color and I can always change it if I don't like it.
Has anyone else ever plasti-dipped their car?

From using it on various other applications, I've learned that it's best to lay it on THICK. Makes it MUCH easier for removal, maintenanc,e and fixing screw ups/runs. I'm sure there's some good info on the dipyourcar.com forums.
