Whats up everyone, I have a 97 DX hatch LS/V. It's OBD2a, I just did the swap from a blown LS. I don't have spark at the moment but I have fuel.

The CEL isn't coming on. I checked all fuel and all grounds. I even added a ground just to be safe. The Main relay is working, the fuel pump Primes.

I just got an AEM EMS V.1 just because lol. Now i'm stuck.
I have 12.v (black/yellow wire) at the ignition. but only 6 volts at the dizzy. wtf do i do?!?!?!

The only thing i have left to think of is the eld maybe...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Normally in stock cars when you have 12v at switch on but no CEL light it's ground related, but you are working with a modified car and ECU.
