Default no prime

96 ls
Ls vtec
Walbro 255 w/ relay & bigger gauged 12v power supply
Obd2a to obd1 jumper harness

I'm getting no signal from #7 I believe off my main relay which is "fuel."

I used a tester light and poked the yellow/grn wire off the main relay and NO light/NO click.

BUT I used that same relay on my other integra and it clicks and the tester light came on & off.

I don't get it, I used the same wiring diagram for the pump and relay off my eg. So I doubt that's my issue?.. I check ECU fuse and its fine. Battery is new.

What am I missing/doing wrong?

so, instead of just installing the new fuel pump, you did some re-wiring? Why did you do this and what other wiring did you do?

I would take everything you did, wire wise, and put it back together like it was and try that. You do not need a bigger wire for that fuel pump

So I understand, you're using the PGM-FI Main Relays fuel pump power output lead, yellow/green] to control another relay that powers the Walbro, is that correct?

If so, then first I agree with Fliptard, the relay is not needed, but can't hurt, if wired properly.

Your problem is most likely your ECU/ECM, no ground output on fuel pump control lead, [green/blue].

To test, use paperclip to jump from the PGM-FI Main Relays ground, [black] to the fuel pump relays control lead, [green/blue] have the relay plugged in and ign. on, if fuel pump relay "clicks" and you have power, [test light turns on] on the fuel pump power lead, [yellow/green] the problem is the ECU/ECM, or related to it, [wiring/connections].

Check continuity of the control lead, [green/blue] between PGM-FI Main Relay and the ECU/ECM.

If the test light you have is a non LED type, you can use it to test the continuity of the control lead, ground test light to a good ground point, turn ign. on a touch probe tip, [back probe] to terminal in ECU/ECM that has the green/blue control lead, fuel pump relay should turn on, if not, find the bad connection, checo jumper harness.

If good, test for power, [12V+] at IGP1 and IGP2 at ECU/ECM, both are yellow/black and the only yellow/blacks going to the ECU/ECM.

If good, replace ECU/ECM. 94

I missed a fused under the dash. My buddy found it, said it was an ignition fuse or something. But anyways the car starts and runs with the way my wiring is. All my buddy's run there walbro 255 with a relay to give it more constant power without a drop in voltage.
