suspension setup

I am thinking of getting either H&R sports w/ KYB AGX shocks or Nuespeed Race springs with Koni Yellows. Which one should set should i get. Other suspension setups are welcome. I've heard good things about Tokico adjustables.

I have neuspeed sports/koni yellows and the ride/performance is great. The progressive spring rates respond when you want them to, but are subdued when you are taking it easy.

I have neuspeed race w/ KYB AGX's and the setup is beautiful.....does fine on/off the roadcourse. It's too low though! Guess that is the sacrifice you make, eh?
