what did you do to your R today?
I don't think we have one of these threads, at least not recently...
Picked up some oem front mats, oem itr key and key fob. The mats are in rough shape but I'll do my best to bring them back to life...

I cleaned the hell out of my interior, added some coolant, windshield wiper fluid, then decided to spray it down at the car wash. I typically wash it from the outside in.
Vacuumed and cleaned entire interior. Installed a new c pillar bar in the car. Snapped a few pics:

and 2 at night:

Uggghhhh I really need to get the rear strut covers for my car tho. It's annoying the fck outta me.
Had to install an external coil last week and the wires were strewn all over. Tucked em as best I could... also cleaned my bay.

Should be upgrading to an MSD coil this week. I couldn't find somewhere to bolt this coil so for the time being it's strapped here:

Also fixed my clutch slave cylinder that was leaking. Bought a rebuild kit.
Sadly that didnt solve my clutch issues so my car is still parked
Think a seal in the gearbox is leaking and oil may have gotten on my clutch. I have to rev the car past 4k to get it to move so its either that or my clutch is completely gone.

I followed the shop manual's recommendation of removing the outer door handle to bring the whole assembly out that way. Worked much better than trying to fit it through the little access hole in the door.

Got all my parts together and brought them over to heR. She has been sleepy for a little over a month so got her started and warmed up. Prrrrr's like a kitten.

Took my buddy's Supercharged M3 a battery pack and about 10 minutes before he was able to start his car. Mine started on the first half of a crank.
We both had them running the same time about a month ago.
I think I need to address my OCD issues... Yesterday I bought some Meguiar's All Metal Polish... At 1am I got up and went outside to my car with 800 & 1000 grit sandpaper and started to polish my headers lol... It was bugging me and I couldnt sleep lol

Gonna finish it up when I get home. Need to cop some brake cleaner to spray on it too.

Looks like your missing your ground wire to the valve cover!!
Looks like its tucked down along the rad support? Maybe you took off to work on headers at an easier angle?? Either way dont forget to re-attach!
In the process of changing out clutch, pressure plate & flywheel. Had 2 leaking axle seals so I'm replacing those too along with the gear oil. Switching to Amsoil MTF & adding Amsoil Slip Lock for my Cusco.
