SI cluster gas gauge isn't working
I just installed an SI cluster into my 98 civic. The gas gauge isn't working but, it wasn't working with the old cluster either. Could this be my fuel sensor? or maybe fuel pump?

- Remove the rear seat and access panel.
- Unplug 3P connector for the fuel sending unit.
- Turn key to ON(II).
- Ground the Yel/Blk wire terminal to the chassis.
- Does the fuel needle rise toward full?

The needle already rises towards full, it goes about halfway but, it doesn't drop back down when I turn off the car.
