Default is it any good?;using a spoon 71 celcius thermostat?

i planned to replace the standard d16 sohc vtec thermostat (88 degree celcius) to spoon thermostat (71 degree celcius)..

my concern is:

1-is it any good to use the spoon thermostat to enable the fan radiator to function early than before

2-do i have to replace the fan switch as well?if yes, does 78 degree celcius fan switch ok?

Is your car overheating? There is no reason to put in a lower temp t-stat. There is no reason to run the spoon thermostat.

Is there air in the coolant system? How are you telling the temp?

i think it dosen't worth it for a street car. I would put this on a intensive race car.
