So my 1997 civic LX auto is currently misfiring at idle, plugs are gapped and new NGK's, wires are new. its throwing p0301 p0302 p1300 and p1399. The plugs smell of raw gas when I pull them out on cyl 1 and 2. It also has a brand new fuel filter. One thing I'm noticing, the distributor is fully advanced, and when I bring it back to center the idle gets worse. the previous owner said he had the timing belt replaced recently. Any ideas?

 

i would pull the covers and check cam/crank timing.
