Default Cabin air not circulating right?

Hello

Last year before car came in for the winter I noticed that when I switch the air to come out to the head only or to the front window only its not always doing that. Specially air to the head is failing in the center, small amout of air comming out at the doors.

I took the dash out to replace the heater unit / the heater radiator and put it all back together, in that process I checked inside the black box thing beneath the dash where the radiator thing is. It all looked good. So I cant think of anything that wouldnt allow me to get air out to the head?

Also if its set to front window air only theres still coming air out down to the feets? Doesnt matter which one I set it to it still lets out air to the feet..

I hope you understand my poor english :-)..

I was thinking if the small unit thing to the left of the black box where cable go to is bad? I believe its some kind of electronic engine/servo unit. Could that be my problem?

Hear is a parts exploded view of the heater #6 is the motor that controls where the air goes. It is no longer available here in the US. I would start there for troubleshooting

I have the same issue. I figured it was the controller itself, because the lights act kind of weird on it. Then I was going to move toward wherever the motor that controls the air.

Thanks, when I had it all apart, I couldnt see anything wrong inside or damages. So I also believe it is the controller itself.
