Default Possible ignition issue?

Whats up HT, I've been hanging out in the shadows while I work on my car but this time I'm stumped. I'll try to keep this short. i have a 95 DX hatch with a 96 B18B1 and gsr trans. Stock motor, stock p75, AEM v2, DC 4-1 header, skunk2 70mm exhaust. 2 weeks ago it kept cutting out on the high end, so I swapped distributors thinking it was the coil breaking down. Now for the past three days its been doing the same thing. Random gears, random engine speeds, nothing is consistent with it. I've swapped distributors, swapped ecu's, cleaned IACV, played with ignition timing, checked to be sure all sensors were plugged in and not loose. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you pulled your spark plugs to read them? Did you look at the rotor and cap or did you just pull the complete distributor system?

And have you verified your mechanical timing is still correct?

I know these are just basic things but you started just swapping components, not sure if you've checked the basics before hand.

plugs read fine, the cap and rotor are brand new, mechanical timing is dead on and ignition timing is 18°btdc
