Honda trying to sucker me?
So I have a 2013 civic si supposed to be "fully loaded" except I noticed my tire was low waiting for the tire pressure light to come on, only they didn't install it, so I'm looking up specs and noticed Tire Pressure Sensor came up a lot, is this a stock feature Honda's trying to weasel there WAY out of? Also I think I'm missing ABS and EBD. Another thing I noticed on the MiD matenace screen I notice in other photos it has air filter life but my matinance only pops up with oil life and tire alignment. Should I take my civic back and bitch hard or are these just hidden features they don't mention you to get?
I just spoke to Jonker Honda's head technician and he says the no civic comes with the tire pressure sensor but I have 2 websites telling me different, both are Hondas websites and not some 3rd party spec site.
If you're in america all new cars have TPMS because the government decided we are too ******* dumb to keep an eye on our tires. Either the car sat on the lot for along time and tire pressure went down enough for the light to go on OR the technician doing the PDI didn't set it up correctly.
Aw no I'm Canadian, I guess they decided we needed a big touch screen deck more than knowing the pressure of our tires, I only had it 3 months, got à nail in the tire, got it replaced for free because of warrenty

Jordan, Canadian cars don't have TPS as standard equipment. It is a dealer installed option. The EBD and ABS are standard equipment on all Civics as they are required safety equipment.
The air filter warning is not going to go off often as the filter is new and you don't drive on gravel roads much, I would presume.
The maint minder will be your reminder for scheduled maintenance. When the wrench pops up as you start the car, it will give you a code. a1 is an oil change, B1 is oil and tire rotation..etc..read the manual.

No, the maint minder won't. But the air flow for the interior cabin and the engine will...there are sensors for the measurement of airflow to the engine....
There aren't any sensors that I know of in or around the cabin air filter (at least on the 06-11 Civic). As for the motor air filter, which sensor is it that looks for dust?
The engine MAF sensor will throw a code when the filter is clogged...and no, there is no sensor for the cabin filter, just your eyes and nose..
The engine filter should be checked visually at least once per year to ensure it isn't clogged or worse, holed..
I have had my Si for going on four years now, changed the engine air filter last summer. Preventative maint is much easier that corrective maint.

Ok, I didn't use the right words...the air filter is not sensored. The only way you can tell when it gets really fouled without opening the housing and getting eyes on, is to get a code from the MAF sensor. It is in the intake pipe and it detects Mass Airflow...if the amount of air flowing into the engine drops, your filter is dirty...the filter fouls much much more quickly when you are off asphalt hence gravel roads...
