CTR front sway bar into ej8?
If the LCAs have the pickup points then yes it should do.
You realise that without a massive rear bar to balance it, that bar will give you loads more understeer, right?

Yes. The Ctr front sway bar and the 99 si sway bar will fit into the 96-00 civics but you need the front lower control arms and strut forks from the Ctr or 99 si. They are the same size and part.
It's what I am using, along with the itr rear sway bar, asr subframe, 99 si rear end links with asr sway bar end link adapter bushings .

I didend up finging out about the LCAs w/ the CTR/ Si sways. I might go with a blox front sway and keep my LCA. Cheaper and easier than sourcing all the parts for the OEM set up. But would the stock EX LCAs handle the stress of the 26mm blox sway?
Thanks for the links

I don't mean to discourage you from using BLOX components, but the bushings in my rear upper control arms (camber adjusters) and lower control arms went bad on me just after 2 years. I only did a few autocross sessions on them and the car isn't driven much else otherwise. I replaced the upper control arms for Skunk2 arms, and all the rear bushings to HardRace. Those bushings from BLOX don't seem to hold out very long. I have yet to see how the BLOX endlinks will hold up.
The front lower control arms aren't too hard to find.

My experience with this setup:

I am aware of that. However a massive sway in the rear won't do much to balance, too stiff in the rear will cause over steering. I plan on using DC2 rear sway with the Si/ CTR front, Because there are tons more Integras in the junk yards that a civic Si
