Default Boosted 2nd gen Integra

I have recently bought a 1992 Acura Integra and I have plans to boost it. I have a semi-low budget for turbo and internals. I bought the car for 200 and I just want to have a fun ride for track days and a daily driver.

My plans are to rebuild engine at home and do home port, polish, hone, and valve job. I was wondering if anyone has any experience doing a valve job on these heads or do I need to send it off, has 3 cracked valves 2 intake and 1 exhaust.

Right now I have plans on:
Nippon b18 81mm turbo pistons
Godspeed H beam rods
Honda OEM bearings main/rod
ARP Head Studs
New OEM oil pump
Ebay Turbo kit for first couple months (Speed Daddy)(balanced and break in for 2 weeks low boost)
Hondata s300
Half Rad
Full Catback exhaust
High flow/High pressure fuel pump
1000cc Injectors
Stage 3 clutch
Oil filter relocation/Oil cooler
Front Mount intercooler
3'' intercooler piping

Transmission Synchros*
Balanced Crankshaft*
Cams (don't know yet)*
Possible Methanal injection*(just for track days)

Got my ideas from Justin Sane on youtube-

I want my build to be on the cheaper end so I am going to do as much (machine) work at home without sending to machine shop.
Is it necessary to get the crank balance and block line honed or should I be good?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Not too concerned about time right now, I have two vehicles so I don't mind taking my time with the build to save hundreds at the machine shop.

Cheap and fast won't be reliable etc... I'm confused you're willing to spend good money on a s300 but want a pos turbo "kit" that will fail in no time. along with you're willing to spend money on MI(meth injection) and carbon synchro's and a balanced rotating assembly. Do me a favor and if you do want to get a "kit" at least get one from these guys it's a fair bit better still wouldn't run it my self but better then cheap china stuff. http://www.go-autoworks-store.com/gocotuki.html

I was only planning to use the cheap kit for a month or two at the most until I can afford something that will be good. I'm in high school with a part time job, only making about $200 every 2 weeks. I was planning on using this turbo just to get all the tuning done with and possibly resale after done.

Then why waste the time swapping out turbos, risking blowing you're motor, etc? **** dude, if you just wait LITERALLY another month and a half, without buying a POS kit, you could have a quality kit that will serve you long and hard, like a dick.

just don't do that "buy cheap now, expensive later" routine. Ive seen so many ricers go down that path.

Would it be a bad idea to run the engine with low compression? I know loss in horsepower but if I build the engine and just bolt on turbo when I can purchase it

It is not, in fact it is a good idea build engine for boost run it like that until you can you can afford a good turbo/kit.

As much as no one here wants a cheap eBay turbo, there is no market for a used cheap eBay turbo, so if you go that route, your going to be stuck with a used POS that no one wants, so just a waste of $$$$, much better to save that money and use it towards a better turbo/kit. 94

Thanks! I wasn't for sure if I would risk damaging any thing. Do you have any suggestions on what kit or turbo to get 50/57trim min.?

Also does anyone know where to get valve cover studs/nuts?
I also need a bolt that holds the camshaft seal in... not sure what the technical term is. I was being to lazy to get my torque wrench out and broke a stud and the bolt when replacing gaskets.

The above is for a 92RS, you did not say what trim level yours is.

This is the GS-R...

I used a 2 8m set screw 45 thread count and a 2 button cap and got those for only $.75. I like the way they bigger button cap looks I think I might do all of them with the set screws
