I'm having quite a little problem with my car, I bought it with a chipped OBD1 p28. I did all the troubleshooting I could, and tried using a scan tool, but it doesnt work. I know enough reagarding hondas, now I don't know how to retrieve a code in this particular case. The car comes OBD2a and since it was converted to OBD1 it doesnt have the jumper plug to count the blinking lights. Is there any way I can retrieve a code if there is any? I even know the ecu pins related to it. If I knew what to jump or what to do would help me a lot. Any help will be more than appreciated.
