Default need help..cylinder head plug and camseal

Hello,

My b16 engine is leaking from the cylinder head cap, but while searching i found that there is also cam seal but couldnt tell if they are the same.

Please advise.

I have already pirchased an oem head plug, but i need to know if i should remove the valve cover in order to replace it or simply it pops in without removing the VC?

yes they are the same. the aftermarket one is less susceptible to leaks, since it has 3 o-rings. the plastic one with the single o-ring i have not run into an issue with yet. the one that sucks is the all rubber one that came on earlier gsr.

You have to remove the valve cover, and apply HondaBond to the new one.
