On GC's web site there is a drop down list for shock options which leads me to believe there are multiple sleeve options.

I currently have GC's on KYB AGX's on a 92 civic. I would like to look into upgrading to Koni Yellows. Will the GC's work with the Koni yellows? If not are the GC's that I have compatible with any other aftermarket shock brands?

You'll have to get replacement sleeves that will fit the Koni. Those sleeves should fit anything but bilstein and koni iirc.
