Default Spark plug burned?

Just wanted to get some input on this. All 4 spark plugs the same. Not sure if this means it needs to be changed out, if somethings wrong, or if its just normal. I don't really remember when i first put these in. I would probably say around 20k miles on them. And arounds 45k on these autozone 7mm wires. The tip was normal.

Also this is a 01 gsr

you've got some oil leaking into the plug well's grab the seals from Honda and clean out the plug wire with some brake clean. nothing to worry about I had that then I realized the seals were leaking.
